Delete your Poo Ping account

You can delete your Poo Ping account and all associated data at any time. Choose the option below that fits your situation.

From the app

1. Open Poo Ping.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is scheduled for deletion right away.

Without the app

If you've uninstalled Poo Ping, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Account deletion request". We'll confirm ownership of that email address and then delete your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your authentication record (email / sign-in identity)
• Your profile (username, display name, bio, avatar/profile photo)
• Your pings and their map/location data
• Chat messages, media, and reactions you sent
• Throne customization, points, streak, credits balance, and purchase records
• Friendships, squad memberships, and push-notification tokens
• Uploaded files in storage (e.g., profile photo, chat images)

Timeframe

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it (for example, transaction/tax records for purchases), and no longer than legally required.

Deleting some data only

You don't have to delete your whole account. Inside the app you can delete individual or all pings (including their location data) and delete conversations at any time, without deleting your account.
